Terms of Sale
All sales are final. Full payment for printing, graphic design, video services, shipping, and handling are due before any work will proceed. Absolutely no refunds will be issued on print jobs that have been sent to press or have been printed.
Billing
Customer credits cards will be billed as "GreeMex LLC or MyPrintingBook.com."
Refund Policy
Refunds of an order must be requested the same business day of an order being placed in order to receive a full refund. If an order is canceled the following day and the printing process has not begun, a 3% surcharge will apply. The 3% surcharge will not apply on orders canceled the same day that have not gone through the printing process. Cancellation of design, or video services that have begun, will be charged $40 for time rendered.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is an estimate, and is not to be confused with a guarantee. All orders placed before 12pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be considered ordered that business day. Any order after 12pm PST will be considered ordered on the following business day. The majority of jobs submitted that meet our digital file guidelines and include full payment will be printed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders that have been submitted on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will begin on the next business day.
Color Accuracy
We do not guarantee an exact color match to the artwork being submitted. Due to the various differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production operation, the accuracy of each color reproduction is to be within 90% of the original image submitted. We will make every effort to produce a reasonable representation of your submitted image files, but cannot guarantee exact color matching. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent.
Submitted Artwork
The customer is 100% responsible for the accuracy of the digital files supplied. Please make sure to proofread all text, supply images in high resolution (300 dpi), and in CMYK color format. We will NOT double check any files that have been submitted. When you submit a job for print, you are certifying that the job is ready to be printed.
File changes
Once a job has been sent to press, the process is final and changes cannot be made under any circumstance.
Prices
All prices posted on this website, or any marketing materials are subject to change without notice.
Complaints
All complaints must be registered within 24 hours of delivery. Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will reprint the job at no extra cost. We reserve the right to determine what is a manufacturing error and defect. Shipping and handling costs must be incurred by you, the client, for any reprints in which you must send us back the initial batch.
Overruns/Underruns
MyPrintingBook will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount. In the event of an underrun, MyPrintingBook may bill for the actual quantity delivered. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 5%.
Indemnification
The customer represents that it has the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from MyPrintingBook. The customer will indemnify and hold harmless the printer, MyPrintingBook, from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against the printer on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person.
Sales Tax
All California residents must pay sales tax (8.75%) on print orders. If customer is tax exempt, the exemption certificate must be sent or faxed to us within the first order.
